AHA BLS Instructor Certification Course

Become an American Heart Association BLS Instructor and teach life-saving CPR skills throughout California and the US. This comprehensive certification prepares you to instruct multiple AHA courses and issue certification cards to students.

Course Components:

• Online BLS Instructor Essentials module
• 4 hours of in-person classroom instruction
• Hands-on skills assessment
• Initial class monitoring (scheduled within 6 months)

Prerequisites & Process:

• Current AHA BLS Provider certification required (no other programs accepted)

Don't have an AHA BLS Provider card? Add it during registration for $50 and complete it 1 hour before the instructor course begins.
